We provide free assistance to people with disabilities and reduced mobility when entering/exiting the train and traveling by train. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your intended trip, and we will do our best to assist you upon arrival at the station.

If you are unable to come to the ticket office, please send your request by e-mail to pristupacne.rezervacije@hzpp.hr no later than 24 hours before the trip. Attach a notice for preferential transport (Act on Privileges in Domestic Passenger Transport). After payment according to the pro forma invoice, you will receive a ticket and a certified notice for privileged transport in the mail, which you can print or show to the train attendant on the mobile phone screen.
