Passengers who have lost, left or found things on the train should notify the Contact Center from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm at:

It is important to report a lost item as soon as possible, indicating the date of travel, the route, the time of departure of the train or the number of the train you traveled in.

Things found on the train are stored for 8 days from the date of finding. After the expiration of the deadline, the lost items are delivered to the lost property office of the relevant police station.

If a lost item is found, the Contact Center will inform the passenger of the place and time for picking up the lost item.
