Confirmation of delay

In accordance with Article 20 of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/782, railway undertakings shall inform affected passengers on how to request confirmation that a delay, missed connection, or cancellation occurred during the provision of the rail service.

Confirmation of a train delay or cancellation is issued on board by train staff, or at stations and stops by ticket office staff or information desk personnel. You can check ticket office opening hours. If there is no train staff on board, or if the station/stop where the passenger disembarks has no ticket office or the ticket office is closed, the passenger may request confirmation of the delay by sending a request to mail reklamacije@hzpp.hr.
