Compliments and complaints

The passenger has the right to submit a written complaint for the protection of their rights as prescribed by Regulation (EU) No. 2021/782 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2021 on the rights and obligations of rail passengers, the Act on the Regulation of the Railway Services Market and the Protection of Passengers' Rights in Railway Transport (Official Gazette 104/17), and other regulations governing passengers' rights.
